The SELECT Synchro system uses patent-pending synchronous motion technology to reduce conveyance time dramatically and boost throughput by 20-40% for most applications. Single-sided, double-sided through-hole, mixed-technology surface mount, and through-hole assemblies travel non-stop through the system for outstanding productivity. Choose from the Synchro 3, 5, or 5 XL, offering three or five soldering stations. All Synchro systems process several boards simultaneously, in various quantities, using different alloys and nozzles or a single fixed nozzle size. The system configuration includes a Microdrop drop-jet fluxer and can accommodate multiple solder nozzles to apply lead-free and leaded alloys.
