Designed for medium- and large-volume dispensing applications, the Helios® SD-960 Series supports a broad range of single- and two-component applications including highly abrasive Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), potting, sealing, gasketing, structural adhesives, silicones, epoxies, and grease. Customize the Helios Series to meet your process requirements. Choose from dual-drawer batch or conveyorized in-line configurations equipped with Nordson ASYMTEK dispense valves or fully integrated Nordson SEALANT metering systems. Complete your system with options including time-pressure valves, progressive cavity pumps, closed-loop process control, and servo-controlled positive displacement systems. Like the Spectrum® ll and Quantum® dispensing systems, the Helios Series includes a laptop equipped with Fluidmove software that allows users to gain control of their programming and dispensing processes within a standard Windows environment. The system camera and height sensor support post-dispensing commands to check dispense results, without the need for additional hardware.
