Designed for medium- and large-volume dispensing applications, the Helios® SD-960 Series supports a broad range of single- and two-component applications including highly abrasive Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), potting, sealing, gasketing, structural adhesives, silicones, epoxies, and grease. Customize the Helios Series to meet your process requirements. Choose from dual-drawer batch or conveyorized in-line configurations equipped with Nordson ASYMTEK dispense valves or fully integrated Nordson SEALANT metering systems. Complete your system with options including time-pressure valves, progressive cavity pumps, closed-loop process control, and servo-controlled positive displacement systems. Like the Spectrum® ll and Quantum® dispensing systems, the Helios Series includes a laptop equipped with Fluidmove software that allows users to gain control of their programming and dispensing processes within a standard Windows environment. The system camera and height sensor support post-dispensing commands to check dispense results, without the need for additional hardware. If more detailed inspection is necessary, the platform can be configured with an inspection system. The image shows the standard laptop.
